My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was lovely with a comfy bed, two TVs, and coffee making facilities. However, there seemed to be a mix-up as the room I booked was unavailable. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location, although quiet and tranquil near the river, was a bit remote from other amenities.
