My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was lovely with a comfy bed, two TVs, and coffee making facilities. However, there seemed to be a mix-up as the room I booked was unavailable. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location, although quiet and tranquil near the river, was a bit remote from other amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, setting me up well for the day ahead but falling short in terms of portion size and quality. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
